As a courtesy to the salon and our customers please give 24 hours’ notice for a cancellation.
Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice will incur no fee; cancellations made 12-24 hours before treatment will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment booked. Late cancellations or no shows will be charged at full cost of the treatment booked. Should you decide to not have all of the massages you may have pre-booked and not tell us until you arrive for your appointment, we reserve the right to charge you for the time booked.
Should we need to cancel your appointment for any reason whatsoever, we will endeavor to give you as much notice as possible and offer you an alternative appointment time.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Unfortunately, arriving too late to perform a service will result in full charges and, whilst we will always do our best to perform the most complete massage possible in the time remaining, we reserve the right to amend your appointment due to time limitations if you are late. Each session will be finished on time as a courtesy to the next client. Arriving late may result in your massage time being shortened or your massage being cancelled in which case the cancellation policy will apply.
All times stated include preparation of room and client: i.e., 5 minutes at the beginning and end of treatment.
We recommend that you aim to arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment to ensure you have sufficient time to park your car, use the restroom and begin to leave the stresses of the outside world behind. If it is your first appointment at the salon, we also require this time for you to complete a personal consultation card, this document is 100% confidential and is used for treatment purposes only.

We will always aim to run to time but due occasionally appointments may overrun. When possible we will inform you in advance so you are not kept waiting unnecessarily. Should we be unable to give you your full treatment time we will only charge you for the time you were treated for.
We politely ask you to turn off your mobile phones when you arrive for your appointment.
Payment can be made by cash, credit card or via PayPal for online bookings.
Clients that may have health issues e.g. blood pressure, circulation problems, skin problems, have recently undergone an operation, are on medication, are pregnant, or have any other health worries, are advised to check with their GP before booking a treatment. When you arrive for your first treatment you will be asked to complete a registration document to highlight with the therapist or hair stylist any health issues you may have.
For clients with serious illnesses, before we can proceed with any treatment, we ask you to provide a letter from your doctor to say that you are able to receive the specific treatment you want to have in the salon.
Please inform us on any medical conditions, including pregnancy, prior to booking as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a treatment at any time for reasons that may include (but are not limited to) the following:

Gift Vouchers are non refundable and are valid for 6 months from the purchase date, unless otherwise specified, and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Your gift voucher number must be quoted at the time of booking and the voucher handed to the receptionist or the masseuse at the start of your massage. You are not under obligation to use the full value of your vouchers during one session. Late cancellation and “failure to show” terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers.
Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.

Offers on the website and our Facebook page are for a definitive period only. Once the offer period has ended the treatment reverts to its normal price.
Cancel with 2 weeks notice – 50% refunded
Cancel with 1 weeks notice – 25% refunded
Cancel with 24 hours notice – 0% refunded

A late start time may result in reduced treatment times.
If you decide you want to change the time, length or type of your chosen massage on the day of service, we will make every effort to organize you and your masseuses time accordingly. We do aim to be flexible though so please ask your therapist if you are unhappy with your choices and every effort will be made to change it if possible.
Tranquil Thai Massage shall not be liable of the guest/s for any loss, injury, damage, expense or delay suffered by the customer or the guest/s. This exclusion shall extend (but not be limited) to the consequences of any act or omission (whether willful, negligent, reckless, dishonest or otherwise) which takes place during the visit of the customers/s or the guest/s. The customer acknowledges that Tranquil Thai massage charges are set on the basis that it has no such liability.
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website
We reserve the right to change the conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the conditions, then you must immediately stop using the website and/or our services.
